Australia / America Indices Analysis Video 29 May 2017

The US tech stock have been the leaders the current bullish run and we can see this in the Nasdaq (NDX), as we compare it to the SP500 (SPX).  So, it’s important to use the NDX Elliott Wave count as the overriding influence on the SP500.

The Australian Index ASX200 is influenced more so by the Australian banks than the resource sector and in Elliott Wave analysis the strong move down in the banks is only the first leg down, we can expect a short term rally then another large move down and we will be looking to short the next leg lower, which will also be in  line with the US indices correcting into intermediate Wave (4)
